The Advent Annual Fund is Advent’s top fundraising priority. Gifts to the annual fund provide the critical, current-use, and unrestricted dollars the School needs to sustain its programs and facility. The Annual Fund also supports faculty salaries and professional development. Giving at every level is important to the sustainability of the School.

Parent participation in the Annual Fund makes an enormous impact on each student’s experience and symbolizes the collective investment in the School’s excellence. Support for the Annual Fund is renewed each year as contributions are put to work immediately during the current academic year. The Annual Fund supports four key areas:
Contributions to the Annual Fund also cover approximately 8% of the School’s yearly operating budget.

Advent’s Annual Fund goal is to raise $220,000 with 100 percent participation from the Board of Trustees, faculty, staff, and current parents.
Advent receives gifts that range from $5 to $50,000. Each constituent contributes what they can afford, and each gift has an impact. The School asks that all families with the means to do so give the gap, which is $2,500 per student.
The School receives gifts from current parents; members of the Board of Trustees and Advisory Board; faculty and staff; grandparents; friends of the School; community partners; alumni; and parents of alumni.
