STEP 2: Schedule a Family Visit and Tour

STEP 3: Attend a Student Classroom Visit
Upon receipt of your application, we will contact you to schedule a mutually convenient classroom visit. All classroom visits should be completed by February 2020.
ECC and Kindergarten applicants visit twice: for an individual play-based assessment (30 minutes) and for a classroom visit on Saturday, January 25, 2020 (1 hour). First and Second Grade applicants visit for half a day (8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.) and Third through Sixth Grade applicants visit for the whole school day (8:30 a.m. to 3:15 p.m.).
Optional Step 4: Complete Financial Aid Application
Advent requires the Parent Financial Statement (PFS) submitted online to the School and Student Services at www.solutionsbysss.com. To ensure Advent receives a report, include our school code: 1123. Additionally, please send copies of most your recent Federal Income Tax Returns, year-end pay stubs, and 1099/W2s to: The Advent School, Attn: Office of Admission, 15 Brimmer St., Boston, MA 02108. Financial Assistance applications and all supporting documents are due by Monday, February 10, 2020.
Admission decisions will be made pending available enrollment within the applicant’s grade. Decisions will be mailed home once all requirements are completed and reviewed, on a rolling basis. Families will be notified of their child’s admission decision via Ravenna on Tuesday, March 10, 2020. Decision letters are mailed then as well.
