Early Childhood through First Grade: $28,170
Second Grade through Fourth Grade: $28,450
Fifth and Sixth Grades: $28,720
These tuition amounts are for the 2018-19 school year. Tuition reflects full day enrollment (Monday – Thursday: 8:30 a.m. to 3:15 p.m.; Friday: 8:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.) five days each week, and includes field trip fees, books, and all classroom materials. Tuition rates are set each winter.
The Advent School has an historic commitment, defined by our mission, to support socio-economic diversity. The School awards financial assistance, in the form of grants, to provide all students the opportunity to attend Advent. We believe that an Advent education is an investment in your child’s future and we ask that you partner with us to contribute to your child’s education.
Advent works with the School and Student Services for Financial Aid (SSS), a subsidiary of the National Association of Independent Schools, to provide an objective method of measuring the ability of families to pay for their child’s education. We encourage all families to apply for tuition assistance if there is a question of affordability. We award financial assistance to qualified students on the basis of demonstrated need and availability of funds within the School’s budget.
Financial Aid Application Process
Financial aid applications and all supporting documents are due to the Office of Admission by Friday, February 9, 2018.
- Complete the Parent Financial Statement (PFS) on the SSS website. Be aware there is a processing fee paid to SSS for this service. To ensure Advent receives a report, include our school code: 1123.
- Send copies of your most recent federal tax returns, last paystub dated December 2017, and W2s sent directly to the school.

In the case of divorced, separated or never married parents, both parents are required to submit individual Parent Financial Statements and required forms to SSS. It is important that all families adhere to printed deadlines and communicate with the Admission Office to be considered for financial support.
